- 1. The service
- These terms are an agreement between you and zbackroom LLC ("we", "us") for your use of VizTopo at viztopo.com. VizTopo shows your AWS and Proxmox infrastructure, estimates its cost, and makes the changes you confirm. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.
- 2. License
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VizTopo for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell it, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
- 3. Accounts
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at contact@zbackroom.com if you suspect unauthorized access. If you use VizTopo for a company, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
- 4. Your infrastructure
- You decide what VizTopo may do: which credentials you give it, whether write mode is on, and which changes you confirm. VizTopo never deletes or terminates resources. Cost figures are estimates; your provider's bill is what counts. Use permissions you're comfortable with.
- 5. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Free plan covers up to 10 boxes. Team covers 100 boxes and Business is unlimited; both are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through Square, and renew until canceled. A change of plan takes effect when the paid period ends. Canceling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid aren't refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices or plans going forward, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
- 6. Acceptable use
- Don't use VizTopo to break the law, to reach accounts or systems you aren't authorized to, to disrupt the service or get around its limits, or to send malware or abuse. We may suspend accounts that do.
- 7. Your data
- You keep ownership of your data. You let us store and process it only to provide VizTopo to you. We don't sell it or use it to train models offered to others.
- 8. Third parties
- VizTopo relies on Amazon Web Services (hosting, and the AWS accounts you connect) and Square (payments). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their outages, though we'll work around them where we reasonably can.
- 9. Termination
- You may stop using VizTopo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the service.
- 10. Disclaimer
- VizTopo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; review each change before you confirm it.
- 11. Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, zbackroom LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
- 12. Changes
- If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Using VizTopo after that means you accept the new terms.
- 13. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Oregon.
